2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty Harley Davidson Edition

Posted on by 0 comment

Ford partnered with Harley Davidson in 2000 and came out with one bad-ass truck. It all started with the F150 models. They received the 6.2L V-8, a choice of Harley paint schemes, 20″ wheels, SVT inspired body and a totally customized interior including Harley saddle bags on the back of the seats. In 2004 the F-350 was released as a Harley edition. Along with the normal customization you could have it with 4 captains chairs instead of the normal split configuration. I have a thing for these trucks, more-so for the super duties. This particular example is 100% MINT and original. From the looks of it the paint, chassis, body and interior are perfect. It’s got the 6.0L PowerStroke in it, which while I know is not everyone’s favorite, if you are looking for an HD F-350, then the rest of the truck makes up for it. Its also only got 2,935 miles on it so we know the motor and transmission haven’t seen much at all.

1997 Ford F-350 7.3L Crew Cab Dually

Posted on by 0 comment

This two-tone ’97 dually is another primo 1990-era example that makes us miss the days of cranking Nirvana and hanging out at Dunkin’ Donuts until 2:30am, loitering in the parking lot… but I digress. Cosmetically, this looks to be all there, but we’d like to crawl under the cab to have a closer look. Either way, with just 103k miles on the ticker, this 7.3 has another 900k miles to go. A great, hard to find 7.3 dually here!

1994 Ford F-350 Crew Cab 7.3

Posted on by 0 comment

This crew cab pickup has a scant 124k miles and wears its original blue on white paint scheme. As noted by the seller, this truck has been garage kept, which means there should be minimal rust on the underside. Although no undercarriage shots are provided, the rest of this truck appears to be clean and well kept. The only way to make this truck scream 1990’s louder would be to install a Lund visor with orange marker lights. There are a few guys at DD who’d totally do that, too!

1971 Ford F-250 6BT Cummins Swap

Posted on by 0 comment

Well, well, well… this will certainly ruffle the feathers of some Ford die-hards. A Cummins 6bt swap in a precious F-250?! You betcha and we love it! This ’71 is solid and appears to be in beautiful shape. The blue paint is reported to be 20+ years old but looks to be in great condition. We love the super clean and well sorted engine bay and interior. The swap was performed 15k miles previously and the engine has 106k on it. Not bad at all… we wouldn’t change a thing!

2016 Ford F350 Lariat Crew FX4 Diesel

Posted on by 0 comment

This truck is a bruiser! The F350 is the one-ton offering from Ford. This truck is minty with only 29k miles. Its got the Powerstroke diesel along with the FX4 package. The FX4 gets you all the suspension and chassis goodies that make this truck the monster it is. The interior is nicely appointed with leather, full power options, SYNC and GPS. Its also got a nifty RanchHand bull bar up front along with a bed liner and a bed step.

2008 Ford F450 Dually Lariat Super Duty

Ok, I get it, we post a lot of Ford trucks, but bear with me, this F450 is a great find (if you can roll the dice on the 6.4L) Although there aren’t any undercarriage shots, it appears that this truck is free of any typical Ford rust issues. The real question is whether the typical 6.4L issues are worth dealing with (and if your wallet is thick enough). Based on the ad, there doesn’t seem to be any maintenance information on the truck, although I’d contact the seller and ask a few (dozen) questions. As many are aware, this lump is the first direct injected diesel that Fold sold and is generally considered more expensive and less reliable than the 6.0. You can read more in this article.

1999 Ford F350 XLT 7.3 Lariat

This massive F350 dually features both the sought after 7.3 Powerstroke engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. The body and paint on this crew cab present very well and the total mileage is at 166k. Additional modifications include a 6″ lift, 10-lug wheel swap and a 4″ exhaust. Many Ford pickups suffer from rust issues over the years but this vehicle looks to have been spared, which only helps to add value

2005 Ford Excursion Eddie Bauer 4WD

Posted on by 0 comment

This particular Excursion is an interesting example. While I am not a huge fan of the 6.0L Powerstroke, the rest of this truck makes up for it. Its a 2005, so its the last model year, which means most of the issues were worked out. Its also an Eddie Bauer, so you get that nice appointed interior. At only 41k and two owners, its definitely worth looking at. The interior and exterior look excellent (thanks in part to it being a western truck). The ad states it had some audio upgrades done to it, along with suspension work and a Banks exhaust. The stance along with that front bumper make it look awesome. Now, granted, at $47k, I think the price can be haggled down a little bit, plus you probably want to give the motor a twice over since its the 6.0 instead of the 7.3L. BUT, if the motor has been taken care of and maintenance performed, it’s not something I would be scared of.

2004 Ford Excursion Limited

Posted on by 0 comment

Here is another Ford Excursion. This one looks to be in excellent shape with only 64k miles. This is the limited trim, so its got full power options along with the premium 6-disc in dash CD changer and automatic climate control. The interior looks to be in great shape, along with the leather (which is excellent considering what older tan interiors end up looking like!). Of course its got the 7.3L Powerstroke monster under the hood! This truck will last you a long time with the proper care.
